While Starkiller felt her hesitation, he just waited for her to work it out on her own. She didn't need him butting in with his personal statements on the topic. Ultimately, the young man didn't care where, as long as he got his answers. So when her snide remark laid out, he just slowly nodded and followed towards her designated dwelling.
Once inside, Starkiller used the Force to pull the chair out for him to seat himself, and letting his hands match hers he listened to her story. As she pilfered through the stories, and how events played out, Starkiller followed along, and there really was zero mention of him in any sort of manner. She let her go into any detail she felt, regardless of her leaving out details, Starkiller could piece together certain details that truly mattered. The who wasn't important, but the what was.
When she had finished, Starkiller remained silent for a moment while he let all of what he was told sink in. So where was he in the grand scheme. His destiny was designed to be to kill the Emperor, and the fact that he wasn't part of any of this was concerning for his well being.
He must have had been dead.
"Thank you." Starkiller said, out of formality. He opened his mouth for a moment before closing it. He sat silently thinking before he finally opened his mouth. He reached down and placed the lightsaber he had on the table for her to see. His story was a very different story than hers. He went into grave details of his training. Being brainwashed like he was, he didn't quite have the time he arrived with Vader, but he made sure to express it being the only life he knew. In great detail, he described his training, all through the years. Between training with Vader in secret, but also PROXY, his only friend also on the regular attempting to kill him on the regular. The only thing he didn't touch in detail was the style of his training, wanting that to always be a surprise for people he faced off.
Then he dipped into his mission. The first one, where he tore through the TIE fighter manufacture plant killing Imperials equally to resistance fighters, till he made it to a Jedi known as Rahm Kota, where he defeated the Jedi and where the lightsaber he carried came from, which he expressed tapping the weapon on the table. From there he talked about the same situation he had to push through on Felucia and his fight with another Jedi Shaak Ti, and how her death went to a Sarlacc.
Then the betrayal. The betrayal of his master and being stabbed through his torso and thrown to space like a piece of trash. He talked how it guided him here, and none of it truly made sense from that point. There was a low shrug as he watched Leia, then he stood taking up his weapon replacing it to his belt. Starkiller's eyes were dark and dead. "There is a gap from my time and yours..." He said coolly. "That is where I need to find my answers." With a sigh, he half waved to her and left her dwelling with not other words being said.
