Re: Miles | Peter B
"Yeah, people need their caffeine fix." Peter agreed with a laugh, and well coffee shops were really the best kind of place to hang out at in the middle of the day, sure Pancho's would usually welcome people if they came in on off hours, but it wasn't really the same feeling you'd get from a coffee shop. So it was no wonder that people were hanging out.
He laughed when Miles suggested it might have been a break, "Little did you know you picked the true most happening spot in town." He was glad to hear that Miles liked it though, he knew the transition was rough for him, between losing his family and his friends, and then trying to fit in here? It'd be a lot for anyone, but Peter thought it was especially hard on Miles.
"Yeah, she was a good one," Peter agreed, he hadn't gotten to spend a ton of time with her, but he'd gotten enough to know she was good, and that whatever bond she and Clint had was one that he'd no doubt be feeling. He hated the thought of losing Miles like that, it'd be one thing if he could be sure he was home - sure he'd still miss him, but he'd feel relieved that he made it back. But just disappearing like that? No one deserved to lose someone like that.
