Remus / Sirius
Of course Sirius was going to pop up eventually - for as useless to the town as he'd been, he was still always one of the first people to show up at parties, or to suggest a group outing. Maybe that could be a thing he did. Just be the morale that Starklandia seemed to need.
Town cheerleader. Except with a better title. He'd think of one later.
He grinned back just as soon as Remus smiled at him (it was infectious and he couldn't help himself, there was simply no hiding how stupidly gone he was on Remus Lupin).
"As you know, Moony, I only ever give excellent suggestions. I should have been placed in Ravenclaw for how terribly clever I am. Luckily for you, the world wouldn't allow us to be star-crossed lovers of any sort, and put me next to you." Sirius could get quite dramatic when he was left alone to his own devices for too long.
The little kiss on the jaw was cute, and Sirius did want more of that, and saying he followed Remus around like a puppy wouldn't have been too far off the mark on any given day. "Maybe?" he asked, "Wow. So generous. In that case I might share my popcorn with you." If he ever went and got any, anyway.
