Gwen could definitely understand that. It seemed pretty logical that anyone doing the super hero thing might need a way to shut it all off, indulge in something else for a while. There was no one way to do that. If Natasha used books and reality trash shows to do so, then good for her. As long as it was a healthy thing and not something toxic, then it was a good thing. For Gwen, it was music. Whether it was playing music or putting her earbuds in and listening to other people play it, she put all of her focus into that and sometimes she was actually able to forget about Spider-Woman. It never lasted, but it gave her a few minutes of reprieve. She didn't think there was anything wrong with being content with that.
"Oh, wow!" She said, but quietly in in awe. Because that was a really cute Pokemon. "I think that's a Vulpix," she said. "Sandy West, want to go make a friend?" She asked her little companion. "Don't battle her, okay? I think she's a little nervous. Definitely a little cold." Sandy made a sound and moved closer to the Vulpix, and kind of chattered at it. "You should see if she'll come to you," she said. "I think she's looking at you." Maybe this little one could be a companion for Natasha. "She's so cute."
