Well that was new. She understood the confusion about the house and the doors in the beginning, luckily she'd come across Harley her first time out and had someone who was more than willing to come through with her and see how it all happened. This guy was on his own for the moment.
"It doesn't really work like that." She explained when he turned around to face her finally, after explaining he needed to leave. He must have seen the house as a means of travel, not just a doorway to alternate dimensions. It was all sort of confusing though so Barbara got it.
"You don't get to pick where you go, we'd have all gone home a long time ago if you could." She said with a soft huff of laughter. As good as it had been to see Dick that first night she'd shown up she'd been desperate to get back ever since. And losing the boys had only made that desire that much more intense. And yet there she was still, stuck there with everyone else.
"You just open a door and you walk through, but it just goes to random places. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. But it's never where you really want to go."
