WHO: Clint Barton (616) and James Rogers
WHAT: Partner Thread! Shopping. Or shop lifting.
WHERE: A mall that might very well be an entire world.
WHEN: March 11
RATING: Low, will change if necessary

Clint had volunteered to go through the portal (house? Doorway?) again — seeing as he and Kate had had plenty of success that first time, even if stealing an entire espresso machine had been a bit on the very heavy and difficult side. Still, they had an espresso machine now. Which was like, half the battle, when it came to life. Coffee: it was very important.

Point was, maybe he could find equally useful things this time around. And if not, at least he’d be around with his bow to help this kid out if he ran into trouble.

Thing was, he hadn’t really been expecting this kid to be slightly familiar, or to be carrying around a shield that was super familiar. Like, that thing had seen better days but it was definitely Steve’s. Clint, who thought he was being quite wise, did not ask just yet. Not until they opened the door a few times to find a place that didn’t look like death had run through it and taken all the best things.

Clint had a pretty firm grip on the bow that was strung over his shoulder, and sure he was looking around what seemed to be endless halls of stores, but his mind was mostly on James and his incredibly suspect shield. “Sooooo…”
