Klaus huffed softly, returning that flat look that he got from Ben that clearly said he wanted more details than that, no matter how benign their meeting had been. But he allowed both Ben and Bill to assure him there was not much to tell on their run in that morning. He'd still get the pleasure of watching the two of them over breakfast so that was a decent consolation prize to missing out on that first meeting.
Especially as he saw Bill wink at his brother as he handed over a cup of tea. Who knew breakfast could be such a delight?
As Bill disappeared briefly, Klaus watched him go, getting his fill of the sight of him in nothing but a towel before his attention was right back on Ben, "You heard the man, sit." He urged too, slinging his arm around Ben's waist and towing him from the kitchen to their little table, it wasn't the large and too spacious sort of table they'd grown up eating at but it was more than enough for the three of them.
With Ben sat down, Klaus sat beside him, hooking his ankle around the leg of Ben's chair so their knees were pressed against one another as he started handing out crumpets, as if Ben needed the help.
