"Padme," he said, trying it out. "That's a nice name. Leia had acually been to Naboo not long before she ended up here but we hadn't had a chance to talk much about it. He wondered if she had learned anything of their mother when she was there. He had left on his own journey soon after she'd returned and they had made plans to meet up but he'd found himself here instead.
It was hard to imagine the man he'd met as Darth Vader being capable of loving someone enough to defy the Jedi Order and marry in secret. Luke had to keep telling himself that he hadn't always been a Dark Lord but it wasn't easy. "My uncle alway said that. He said that I was a lot like him when it came to working with things and always looking for something more." Although he prayed that he would never be faced with the choice that Anakin had been faced with and that if he were, he would choose the light.
"It seems we both know bits and pieces of the story but not the whole of it," he said. "There are a few things that I haven't told Leia, there hasn't been time and we didn't even know we were siblings until recently. Or recently at home. Just before the battle of Endor."
