Kitty just gave him a look when he tried to agree that his meal options were enough for growing boys. It was a wonder that men ever managed to make it to adulthood when she knew that was how a lot of them felt. "Still," She said though, "A little bit of real food can't hurt matters. Then you can save your championship food for another time." She teased, intent on keeping things light, or at least lighter than they could have been. She understood his frustration and even his anger over this, she felt some of that too - but didn't want to delve into that, not when he'd been drinking, and not while there was still a party going on.
Another day? after he'd had a chance to sleep it off a bit, maybe then.
Rolling her eyes she shrugged. "Who said anything about sharing, you could make it for yourself." She reminded him. "So you could have something that you actually like, and not just something that does the job." She took another drink from the bottle she still held, watching the way he made the fire spin for a moment before he let it go. She'd seen him use his abilities before of course, knew what he was capable of, but this small show was nice.
"It'd be something to do at least." She added, she and Storm had talked about how that could be a problem, not for John specifically but for all of them, to not have something to do and keep them busy? How long could you live like that.
