Thor Odinson (MCU) & Loki (616)
Most people, especially on Midgard, just didn't quite understand the situation or bond between Thor and Loki. His fellow Avengers probably couldn't ever understand why Thor would ever even associate with Loki, let alone still feel tremendous fondness for him afer the things he'd done. Did he condone Loki's behavior? Of course not. But Thor had done things just as 'terrible;' when he went to storm the Jotunheim came to mind. His behavior had been so dishonorable that he'd not been able to lift Mjolnir for an extended amount of time. He reasoned, maybe, that it was because he didn't blame Loki entirely for his wrongdoings. And also because he'd seen a different Loki than his allies had ever known. Truth be told, he wasn't sure anyone else in the universe had seen Loki as he had.
And maybe that made him feel a little special.
It was a gift. Time with Loki, having undivided attention, why yes -- Thor found that more valuable than any treasure in all the realms. "Indeed," he said, his own smile just as genuine. His friends would think him mad, or probably incredibly stupid. But they just didn't understand. They never could, and that was fine. Thor understood it perfectly, just as he knew Loki did. No matter what world she came from.
"I imagine it's kept in some back room at the libation gathering establishment. Pancho's," he said. "I doubt it will be difficult to find."
