It was a little awkward looking up through the half-formed braid, but the other option was letting it go, and Laura was determined now that she was going to get it right this time. The comment had caught her attention though by virtue of its strangeness, unexpected even compared to anything else she experienced around here. "Trolls?" she repeated, baffled; from what she knew of normal parents, she couldn't imagine that would be the sort of thing they'd want to give their children to play with. Wouldn't they worry it would upset them?
"I get mixed up in the mirror. Everything's the wrong way around." She shrugged a bit; looking at her reflection was just another thing she wasn't used to yet.
