Things were quiet, too quiet for Barbara. It made her realize just how close she'd been sticking to the familiar since she'd arrived, she'd started a life there with Dick and even Jason - despite their differences of opinions on how best to deal with a potential threat. But beyond that she didn't really know many of the others here, there was Natasha, and she'd reached out to her one night and felt just a little bit better after some time spent with her and Lucky both.
But beyond that - well it was too quiet. So she got out of the house and went for a run that afternoon. This place was too small, especially without the people she knew, and she'd made a couple of laps around before she felt a kind of frustration at the size of the place and she came to a stop near the center of town, and there was a girl there, looking like she was working with her hair.
"I remember learning how to do that," She said as she approached slowly, "First on these little troll dolls, it was a lot harder when I moved to trying it on my own hair." She laughed softly. "It helps sometimes to do it in front of a mirror."
