Bill had no idea, when he suggested that Klaus really would have liked to smoke - it had been different in the past of course, he'd been getting high any time he smoked, but this was good enough for now, it let him maintain the habit without the loss to his abilities. Still convinced he might be of use to bring back his siblings.
"There's always something about getting a little bit of air that makes this that much better," He said instead, because Bill didn't need to hear about all the rest, not when he was being kind of perfect, with the way he touched him and the offer of a light without being asked.
Klaus inhaled slowly and then tipped his head back to breathe out again, a grin on his face when Bill complimented his dancing. "I've always loved moving." He said when he caught Bill's eye again, wrapping his legs around him loosely as Bill stood there between his spread knees, just hooking his ankles over the backs of Bill's calves, enough to suggest plenty.
"You're not so bad yourself," He added, using his free hand to hook into the waist of Bill's pants and pull him closer and himself to the edge of the ledge he sat on in the same motion.
