Bill had friends who he shared an easy back and forth with, they flirted with no intention of it being more than flirting. Sometimes Bill avoided taking it there because he worried that the other person might get hurt, might want more from him than Bill had to give. He wasn't worried about that here, but he also wasn't sure if that's where this should go. It was a small town and Klaus was his only friend as of yet. But then there was the press and pull of his hips and Bill wasn't great with impulse control.
"Thanks for worrying about my honour, darlin'," he murmured low in his ear. The music changed, the beat dropping and around them people cheered and Bill took the chance to rub his hand down Klaus' side, around his hip to rest on his ass. "Woo," he cheered quietly, mimicking the crowd.
There were people everywhere but Bill hadn't really looked, he was a little busy. They probably should have taken a step back, gone to have a cigarette and a moment to cool down, but at the same time Bill didn't want to.
