Luckily, his flight helped stave off an awkward destruction of the forest. It was one of the nice things about being able to fly -- though it had taken him some time to master that skill. Still, that was quite a punch. Aside from Kara, there were very few people who could come at him that hard which was simultaneously refreshing and unnerving, but he'd figure that might be the case. His chest burned, but nothing was cracked. A good sign.
"I figured a half-strength punch was a nice approach," he righted himself. "Oh, you glow, too." He tilted his head. "Alien or enhanced?" He paused, considering. "Or alien enhancement?" He'd encountered a lot in his short life. He'd even been to the future once. Though, that was mostly a fuzzy memory now that he was an adult, so there was very little that surprised him these days. Aliens wise, anyway.
