WHO: Leia Organa & You!
WHAT: Leia is exploring different Star Wars worlds, doing some stealing, and getting the big time feels on Alderaan
WHERE: Different Star Wars related locations
WHEN: Anytime during Star Wars door time (May 4th - 11th)
RATING: Will be dependant on thread.

At first, when Leia had caught wind of he the doors leading to lands that were from her galaxy her heart had leapt. Her immediate thought was that she now had a way home - back to her friends, her family and the fight she needed so desperately to see through.

Whilst it had been true her galaxy was now in within her reach, the disappointment had settled in quickly when Leia had investigated several of the doors and found she had no control over the location, or the timeline in which she arrived. Dagobah? She couldn't have made her way home from there, it was a remote swamp planet with close to no civilization.

Another door. Coruscant. The highly populated, thriving, bustling city - in the years of the Galactic War between the Republic and the Sith Empire - thousands of years before her birth.

Whilst a way to find her home, and her time appeared to be an impossibility, Leia had immediately decided she wouldn’t let the opportunity go to waste and out to make some use of what she had. The technology of her galaxy could still prove useful. Couldn’t it? Whether it was one corrupt, tyrannical Empire or the other was threatening peace, she had no qualms about stealing from them.

[OOC: Hey folks! Here’s just a catch-all for Leia’s Star Wars adventures, everyone and anyone is welcome to tag and though I’m accepting multiple tags, maybe three/four all up including the one reserved for Lena is where I’d limit it - if you’re not sure feel free to hit me up on discord or my journal!]

Alderaan

Whilst each location proved a new opportunity, Leia had hoped, with each door she had opened that one might be her homeworld. As soon as she’d opened the door, she recognised at once, the crisp, fresh air of the world she so loved. The bright sun shone above beautiful, surrounding snow-capped mountains, vibrant grassy meadows filled with wildflowers and evergreen forests. Rising from the centre of it all, a beautiful, shining city; surrounded the natural beauty of the planet.

Here the doors had opened to stunning wilderness a still only a short walk from Aldera City, the sky was generally free of the congestion of speeders and high levels of traffic, it was more common to see giant winged beasts soaring peacefully above, Thantra were a widely used mode of transport for many of the Alderaanians.

Leia took in her surrounds slowly, finding her heart both fill with joy, and ache all at once as she tried not to be overcome by the sights, the smells and the sounds of a world she never thought she’s see again.

Alderaan - Leia | Evaan

"Doesn't seem real, does it?" When the doors opened to worlds that Evaan knew, she'd decided to finally take the plunge and step through. She'd gone to Nar Shaddaa, then to Coruscant, and when she finally went through a door to find Alderaan she stayed there. Maybe it was homesickness, or that grief that she always pushed back instead of properly dealing with, but she couldn't bring herself to go back through the door. She had tried. After walking every street in Aldera, finding her childhood home and her mother's workshop in the hands of another young family that looked heart-breakingly happy, even visiting the parts of the palace that were open to the public, she'd resolved that this wasn't her Alderaan and she had headed back to the door. She'd ended up staring at the door for a while before turning her back on it to look at the sky and the city in the distance.

That had been her routine for the last three days. Sleep, explore the city, come back to the door in tears and then turn around and head back to Aldera. Sure, eventually the door would make the final choice for her and pull her back to that world they were living on and Starklandia, but a part of her hoped this little exercise would help her let go properly when she was forced back.

"I'm not sure if it is." Evaan slipped her hands into her pockets as she approached Leia with a sorrowful smile, one hand curling around a pebble she'd picked up, thumb rubbing at it like it was a worry stone. "Things are different. But it smells the same, the shops are the same, same pretentious off-worlders trying to explain our art to us loitering around the university. It's been so hard to leave, I haven't managed it yet. But it's so good to see you."

“So this is where you’ve been.” Leia voiced to the appearance of her friend, arching a brow as she looked to Evaan with warmth, and sadness too. Of course it wasn’t in the least judgemental, simply being here, as the distinctive scent of wildflowers native to only their homeworld was carried on a warm breeze, it was near enough to knock the Princess, and rebel fighter to her knees. Who else, but a fellow Alderaanian could truly understand? "Good to see you too." Had the mood not been somewhat more reflective, and inescapably solemn she might've drawn the woman into a tight hug, whether she liked it or not.

“I can’t blame you. I’d hoped for it, and I’ve been afraid it would happen all at once.” Leia remarked softly as she allowed a wan sort of smile, likely Evaan was the only one who’d be privy to such a candid thought. “It’s been so- vital not to dwell.” Leia said such, knowing Evaan’s opinions on her attitude shortly after the battle of Yavin, and her focus on moving forward, it was not necessarily a view shared. She had once confessed, that should it mean an end to the Empire - she would not change anything that had happened; she simply wouldn’t let it be in vain.

This. This made it more difficult, immensely painful; Leia was guarded, but not cold in her manner. “But, I can’t say that I’m not tempted to stay- .” Whilst it wouldn’t be a life as productive as she could have lead as monarch, rebel leader, or politician - if nothing else she could still appreciate everything about Alderaan her father and mother had raised her to love and respect so deeply; more so than she ever could have before it was taken away. “If we’re really, truly stuck on that world-” She threw a glance back to where she’d come from, and not favourably.

Tatooine - For Tony/Leda

This door, she had wondered on which arid sand planet she was on - there were a few that she knew of. Early on she’d been able to establish that it was Tatooine purely based on talk she’d overhead in a marketplace regarding the local Hutt presence. Jabba’s name was mentioned, but there was no telling how close to her own time that might be, Hutts had longer lifespans than humans and she remembered Han mentioning that Jabba’s title had been in place decades before they’d ever come to Tatooine.

When Leia had been there in the past, she’d not fared well, taken prisoner by Jabba when she’d attempted to rescue Han and for a moment thought they were all about to be put to death in the Sarlacc pit. A horrifying death. Thankfully, it had turned out for the better, and they’d escaped, she studied the speeders she saw pass by, and the lack of heavy Imperial presence, not a Stormtrooper to be seen told her that she likely wasn’t here at a time too close to her own.

Even so, she made an effort to blend in, just in case there was any chance she could be recognised, she’d wrapped a discarded, dusty scarf about her head and shoulders to conceal her appearance - wandering casually though the hot, sandy spaceport until she happened upon what she was looking for.

A junkyard.

She scouted the place until dusk had hit it appeared to be empty - locked by the owner, whilst perhaps she should have felt some guilt at the prospect of stealing what she needed, Leia reasoned with herself that this particular spaceport, Mos Eisley was a pretty wretched place, with criminals, gangs and slave traders rife among them, the most well off, were more than likely those who’d done pretty terrible things to get to the top. She’d heard that junk traders had no qualms about trading human lives just as readily.

Plus - they needed to get off this impossible world that was Starklandia and back home, for success of the Rebellion, and so much more.

The trouble was, the gates were extremely high ..and she’d never picked a lock before, using a blaster might attract too much attention.

Tony had been through portals before, they had them all the time on campus, it was just.... one of those things you had to deal with if you were an Avenger, portals to space though was unique and different and when he heard that's where the doors were going he wanted to check that out - just like he'd been eager to go through them when he'd heard that they were going to a convention.

So he'd grabbed his gauntlet, deciding it was a little more discrete than the full suit and made his way through the doors on his own, he could always come running back if it turned out that he'd walked into some kind of space war or something. But it turned out it wasn't anything like that, it didn't really look like space at all - until he saw some of the people who were walking around this place. And once he had Tony was all about it.

He'd spent the day wandering through a market and checking out junk shops, he'd even played a game of cards that he'd picked up pretty readily and managed to win himself a small droid that he was going to take home and name and love forever. He'd been thinking of heading home as the sun was going down but on his way back to where he'd seen the door last he saw someone that he thought maybe he recognized from Starklandia.

"Uh, hi." He said approaching her slowly, "I think maybe we know each other?" Well that wasn't right, he didn't know her. "Well I mean, maybe we're from the same place?" He tried again, better but still coming off like a weirdo. "Sorry I just - are you okay?" Better to go with helpful and see where that got him.

Could she climb it? Climbing was an option, right? Leia glanced upward, then slowly learned, just gently on the wired and scrap metal gate, watching it flex and creak somewhat worryingly. It might not take her weight? The princess had only just begun to weight up her options and the one least likely to attract attention when she heard a voice, it startled her a little - though as soon as she glanced at him, she felt a small rush of relief.

The beings of Tatooine were all manner of species, humans among them, though their particular way of dressing tended to relate to their social standing, it was also rather unlike the clothing she’d encountered the most in Starklandia - this young man was dressed the very same way and Leia’s mouth quirked into a smile. "Hi-"

"I think we might be." She agreed, her bright eyes only shifting off him to keep a casual watch on their surrounds, to see if anyone might be coming. "I’m Leia Organa. I’ve scarcely been there a couple of weeks, so I'm not sure we’ve properly met." She continued on a little quickly. "And, I’m alright" She hesitated only a moment, considering if she was about to be judged for what she said, after all, it wasn’t the most legal of pursuits.

"I'm here, because I’m wondering if there's anything worth taking anything home from this world?" Leia motioned and encouraged him to take a glance through the gaps in the uneven and worn gate - it was easy enough to see the discarded speeders, the piles of parts of junked ships and various pieces of equipment - a veritable landscape of spare parts and equipment to be salvaged who had the eye for it.

"No I don't think we have either," Tony agreed, he'd have definitely remembered if they had met. She was cute and at the moment kind of shifty, Tony could appreciate that. And as she seemed to weigh her options as they talked Tony came a little closer just so they weren't making whatever she was doing more obvious.

And when she mentioned she was looking for anything worth taking back well Tony was very interested. He peered in through the gate and saw what looked like a junkyard, but not just any junkyard, a junkyard for space stuff and yeah - yeah they absolutely needed to get in there. "Oh my god, yes, we have to look in there."

He paused looking at the gate and then back at her and then through it, "So like, you don't have a key do you?" Maybe she knew the owner? Maybe this was a free for all kind of situation, not that the gate really suggested anything like that, but it was becoming rapidly apparent that they weren't just here to browse like they were shopping, this was all a little more clandestine than that.

"I can-" He held up a hand, the one with the gauntlet, "I can get us in?" He offered. Because yeah they were good guys, well he was a good guy, maybe she wasn't - it wasn't like he knew her other than the little glimpses he'd gotten of her back through the doors. But the thing was, they were in a unique sort of situation, one that meant they could maybe be allowed to do things they didn't normally because they had a need.

Leia’s smile was lit immediately by his answer - already he seemed an eager accomplice. .

Almost.

The questioning about the key immediately made Leia wince, just a little, her nose creasing as she turned a little apologetic; her expression seemed to communicate well enough that there was definitely no keys and the reason for that was - they weren’t supposed to be here, and this was very much breaking and entering

Even so, he offered a solution with a piece of tech that she’d never seen before, though it intrigued her. But, whether or not he could get them inside the junkyard really didn’t matter when Leia knew he ought to make an educated decision when it came to crime.

“Look, anything we were to hypothetically take from this yard would definitely not be legal. Around here you’d barter, trade ..sometimes even pay credits for this sort of stuff, probably at a hugely inflated rate too.” She huffed out a breath, because a somewhat twisty way of saying ‘burglary’ probably might not fly with everyone - especially not someone she just met. However, there was a good measure of hope in her dark brown eyes. “But- ..I think some of the tech in there could really help us out, maybe even work toward getting us home.”

That much was earnest enough, it was with the intent on providing some useful materials, she expected anything he scavenged he could keep, or give away - Leia intended anything spare from the ship repairs she needed to make would be donated to the town.

“And you should know that the sort of beings that run these kind of places on Tatooine would just as readily trade in humans lives as easily they would a few credits.” You know; scum, villainy, slavers. Terrible people who do terrible things and somehow deserve a bit of thievery? She’d been watching the sleemo of an owner until he left and she had a suspicion his staff he pushed around were indentured without pay.

"So- if you wanted to leave with a clean slate. I wouldn’t blame you."

Tony wasn't new to bad influences, he went to school with Loki and Enchantress after all, but well outright crime was a bit new for him. And so when she explained that what they'd be doing might not be strictly legal he got it, things about being stuck in Starklandia really did make his sort of idea about right a little bit skewed. Because sure they could look at it like outright burglary, or they could call it scavenging. He definitely had a preference for one word over the other.

And then she added that the people who ran this place were likely working in human trafficking and well - any sort of hesitancy Tony might have had for something like this evaporated right up.

"Oh no," Tony said shaking his head when she suggested that he could leave and have some sort of clean conscience for it. "No we're definitely doing this." He assured her. And well he liked the ability to be able to show off a little and at the same time find some new tech to take back through with them, whether they used it just to clean up the city and make it better for them or fuel some sort of thing to get them back home.

Getting them in was easy enough, with the gauntlet Tony was able to cut them through the fence in just a couple of moments, "Tadah!" He grinned widely at her, pleased with himself. "Let's see what we can find."

Leia breathed a small huff of a laugh at his assurance, glad he’d seen things her way even knowing that this ‘scavenging’ mission wasn’t really particularly legal. Sure, she would have fought to find a way in alone, had it come down to that, but it was clear she was very pleased to have someone by her side, and with a gauntlet that cut through the gate, with nothing close to the noise and cumbersome nature shooting it with her blaster would have achieved.

“What is that thing?” She couldn’t help but ask, brows arched with a look that was suitably impressed as he proudly announced his work was done and they started to move forward. "That thing's pretty incredible-" Leia’s never quite seen anything like that in her world, anyway - the gauntlet appeared to be a personal tool, made to fit so less common she guessed?

The place they walked into didn’t exactly look like an organised affair; a mixture of partially gutted ships with exposed interiors, entire engines, dead hyperdrives and their various components, to individual parts piled up, hundreds of them. "I’m no engineer- I was kind of just planning to go with anything that looked useful?" Sure their worlds might not be the same, but she’s starting to wonder if she lucked out in meeting this guy.

"Like it?" Tony asked, grinning as they walked into the junk yard together. She was definitely impressed and he was feeling great about it. "I made it myself," He told her, "It's a gauntlet, normally I've got a whole suit." He explained waving a hand over the whole of himself to kind of maybe indicate that normally his entire body would be covered by the same materials. "But it's kind of conspicuous. This is something I can kind of hide if I want, but extremely useful for when I need a little bit of extra help." Whether that was a weapon or a localized laser to break into a junk yard.

"Sure, sure - that's probably a good way to start, it looks like there are probably going to be some things more useful than others." Tony already had stars in his eyes looking over the scraps and pieces they had to choose from here, it was going to be great.

"I see two ways we can go about doing this, we go at it together." He said as his first option, "You can show me what you're kind of interested in and we can pick through it and see what's most useful, or we can split up." He offered for the second, "We'll gather up anything that catches our eye and then bring it back together and toss out anything that's just junk and consolidate as necessary. And then maybe do another pass to see if we missed anything." Tony wasn't sure how much time they'd have here, but he wanted to get as much out of this place as they could.

“You construct this sort of stuff for a living?” She wondered, and when he said a full suit, her mind pictured something not unlike Mandalorian armour, something that was striking even amongst the speeders, droids and tech of this galaxy; common and culturally significant on Mandalor. As an afterthought she added. “Hopefully the gauntlet is all we need.” Whilst she’s prepared for trouble, as best she can be, Leia’s really hoping this all can go as smoothly as possible.

“How about we split up?” Leia considered after a moment or two of thought on his reasoning, the latter just made sense. Plus, he ought to have the chance to scavenge for himself too, and when it came down to it, her efforts of finding anything really that suitable for Ben’s mess of a ship were all based on hope. He’d mentioned taking a last pass over the place before they leave, so that ought to do it. “I guess soon as we’ve near lost our light, or we've got as much as we can carry, we can reconvene?” She could suppose they had a good chunk of time to scavenge still - after all, Tatooine had twin suns. “Sooner if something unexpected happens?” It truly seemed deserted as she took another slow look across the piles of junk, still Leia’s hand was close by the blaster at her hip.

Having spotted a mess of large netted bags hanging on a rusty old hook attached to a post by the entrance; presumably for patrons to throw their hall in, she went over. As short as she was Leia started making an effort to attempt to get at least one down.

"Mostly for fun, actually." Tony explained as she asked about the gauntlet and his suit. He didn't actually have to work for a living, the company sort of ran itself these days, and for the things that didn't he had Pepper. So Iron Man was sort of a hobby? That didn't sound right, more like a calling he supposed, but yeah. He didn't think they'd need more than the gauntlet, it was pretty useful, but he wasn't about to stand there and explain to her all the reasons it was, he wasn't that much of an idiot.

When she decided that splitting up would be the best idea he nodded, "Sounds good." And it'd give him a chance to kind of get an idea of part of the yard and pick up some of the things he saw that could be helpful. "Yes, definitely, if something happens just shout or something I'll come find you," The lat thing he wanted was her getting hurt or caught or something - after all he'd been the one to let them in, so it was all on him in the end.

He noticed the bags after she did, and saw her struggling to try and reach them where they hung overhead. And admittedly Tony wasn't a great deal taller than she was, but it was enough that when he went over to help he managed to get a couple off the hook. "Okay, so we'll meet back here in like fifteen minutes?" He said taking one of the bags for himself too - he'd been worried for a second about how they were going to haul whatever they found but these would be great. "And then make another pass after we've gone through things."

And with that, Tony was heading out to one side of the yard, picking through pieces of machinery that he'd never seen before and trying to guess what were the most important parts and what would be the most valuable to them going back. Lucky for Tony he was an engineer, so he felt like he had a sort of basic understanding of most tech, even tech from an alien world so he grabbed several pieces along the way, things that looked like power cells and energy generators, as well as wiring that he could use on other projects. And basically anything that looked interesting. She seemed familiar with this place, that Tony felt like he could get a little bit of help from her when it came to sussing out what they'd managed to pick up throughout the yard when they made it back safely through the doors with their haul.

“Fifteen minutes sounds good to me.” Leia agreed quickly with a grin, as she moved on, not entirely certain of what she was doing, but meaning to stay positive all the same - anything could be potentially useful, and she thought coming away with anything was better than they state things were currently in.

Leia had whiled away a good chunk of time helping Han repair the Falcon, first it might’ve been a little grudgingly, but- now? It had started to become the closest thing she had to a ‘home’ of sorts. Being around a bunch of junk did make her miss it. Still silently, she told herself to focus and the reason she ought to be thinking of the Falcon, was an attempt to remember the names some of the more vital parts Han’d mentioned during their work to make repairs or replacements.

Inspecting one of the half-gutted wrecks, she looked for anything that could be displaced without tools, near diving into the thing to yank what she thought looked like a binary motivator out, throwing it in the bag. She continued her way along slowly, snagging a battery even if it was from a droid ..it might prove useful. She threw in a few more parts, even a couple of panels, ones light and small enough to take with her that could possibly be beaten, used to repair the x-wing.

While she’d kept a track of the time, and the fifteen minutes weren’t quite upm the fact they’d not been disturbed so far had made her confident to simply wander over to where she spotted Tony; her own bag slung over her shoulder, a stabilising coil, small enough to fit in her hand and a already a fair amount of grease smudges. "How’re you getting along? Need a hand with anything?" Already she'd near reached what she could carry, anyway.

Tony was elbows deep in a control panel when Leia called out to him again as she found her way toward him with her bag of things, he managed to rip out what he wanted soon enough tucking the things that looked like some sort of batteries into his bag. "Oh hey." He huffed, shaking his head just enough to flick his hair back out of his eyes as he grinned at her before he started picking his way back out toward where she stood.

"I think I've found a lot of good stuff, I'll be honest though - I don't know what a lot of this stuff is or how it's used so I'm mostly just making my best guess on how it looks like it's all come together." He explained, this was tech that they didn't have where he was from, but tech was tech at the end of the day and Tony knew tech. So he thought he had a fairly good idea of what he was picking and what he was leaving behind.

He saw her bag was looking fairly full too and nodded toward it. "It looks like you've found some interesting things." He pointed out, "How are you feeling about all this so far?" He asked, just to get an idea of what she thought they should do. They'd managed so far to just rummage around through the yard without being bothered so that was probably a good thing but Tony didn't know how much longer they were going to be able to do that.

"Should we do another pass or ..." Or take the second pass through all of it or not, Tony felt just a tiny bit like they were pressing their luck, but then again this place definitely deserved to have them raiding their stock, but the last thing Tony wanted was to be caught doing it.

It was quiet, and really for a place this loaded with scrap and parts that were proving to be in a usable shape as far as she’d seen, it was a surprise they hadn’t been ambushed by savage Akk Dogs, and Leia had rather eagerly let her guard down to scavenge as quickly as possible - perhaps the fact they’d not been disturbed as of yet was ..more ominous than in ought to be.

“I think we can push it a little longer.” She offered, despite looking warily around as if her words were about to cause their luck to run out immediately, the hint of nerves in her expression made it clear she knew it to be a risk, their good fortune so far had come far too easily. Plus, the more they collected, the slower they’d be should they need to run for it. "Maybe it’s just the leaving that’s going to prove the problem?" Leia gave a small sigh, it was all a gamble, but she wasn’t quite ready to go.

"I’m pretty sure I saw some repulsor-lifts inside that chassis." She nodded a bit further up ahead. "Anti-grav type tech, if you’re interested? We could divide up what's in there?"

Tony really was interested in sticking around longer so all he needed was the suggestion that Leia thought they could probably stick around a bit longer to agree to it. Sure they couldn't stick around for hours and hours, but a little while longer maybe they could handle that.

"I hope not." The getting in had been fairly easy, getting out should hopefully go the same, they were much more loaded down now than they had been before they'd come through the gate, so if there was something waiting for them as they tried to leave he wasn't eager to find out whatever that might be.

His eyes went wide when she told him taht she'd seen some sort of anti-gravity tech, and yeah, if there was something that Tony knew he needed to check out he was positive that as it. "Oh man yeah, yes, definitely. We've gotta check that out. Maybe we'll make our way in and grab anything good we see along the way then get the lifts and get out?" He suggested as a sort of plan.

“We’ll-- just have to be ready. I guess.” Sort of ready. As ready as one can been for an ambush. Whether or not she wanted to think about, but she couldn’t help but think between her blaster, and his ..gauntlet thing, they’d at least have some chance of a get away. She gave a tug on the netting bag though, the weight of it would be a problem, she’d gotten a little over eager.

Leia grinned with ease to his response, glad she’d been able to help. “Sure- that’s almost a plan?” One she seemed happy enough to follow.

She wandered slowly down, so he could follow at his own pace, sorting through the pile nearest. “Starships from my world generally rely on repulsor lifts for take off.” Leia wasn’t certain if he even wanted the information, but she’d more or less thrown him in the deep end of a world of technology he wasn’t even from. “And they keep speeders off the ground. I think it’s usually identical stuff between the smaller vessels, just- you know, the heavier the machine, the more you’ll need.” At least so she’d been taught or gleaned from Han, or Luke. “I’ve never had to install them, of course- but as long as they’re connected to some sort of power source?” she’s got no reason to believe they wouldn’t work.

She examined what looked like a light of some sort, before setting it aside. “Is there anything in mind you’re looking to build?” She asked, digging through stuff alongside him as they moved toward the chassis she'd pointed out.

"That's what I do," Tony said with a laugh, "Come up with sort of plans." Steve was usually around to help round things out and make it a true honest to god plan. But Tony had always been much more of a fly by the seat of his pants kind of guy when it came to things like this, he'd figure things out on the fly, take them as they came as long as he had an idea of what he was doing it was fine.

And right then he had an idea of what they were doing and that was finding that anti-gravity tech and then getting the heck out of there. He listened while she explained a little bit about the repulsor lifts. It didn't sound like she was an expert but someone who had at least a basic knowledge was better than no knowledge at all. "Well I think that's something we can try and figure out a bit more once we've got time to really look at what we're dealing with."

When she asked about his plans for building he shrugged. "I don't have anything in particular in mind right now, I'm working on building up the net a little bit back home." He explained, so he didn't need parts for that. "I just like having options, you know?" He shrugged, you never knew when you might want to start building something, and having spare parts and scrap from a space world seemed like a great idea.

They moved slowly but with purpose bit by bit until they reached the chassis she'd pointed out for them. "Okay, do you know where we should look? Or are we just going to wander around a bit more until we find what we're after?"

"That sounds familiar." Leia agreed with a small grin, whilst she had been part of precisely planned strikes, and tried to plan against the Empire, a lot of it came down to throwing together something close to a plan, as quickly as possible.

"Absolutely- there’s plenty of people who build with whole mix of spare parts- planets like this one where the only chance you might have at a vehicle is to throw together what you can find and hope it doesn’t explode." She imagined it was the same between worlds, there were just people who liked to tinker with machinery. It was used a lot in sport too. Pod Racing. "Though, I get the feeling that’s not entirely how you work?" She assumed with a widening smile, the gauntlet she’d seen looked to be put together, more than simply functional, impressive and pretty professional.

As they found the spot she’d indicated she nodded, leaning into the metal hull of the starship, the cockpit was gone completely, the metal twisted and warped, a few clinging shards of glass grimy. It could’ve been something similar to an x-wing, a one person ship with just the long nose left, Leia leaned into be able to point them out. "So ..along the left and right here- eight of them as far as I can see." she pointed out, they were round, small enough to grab and nestled around what looked to be a partially torn apart flight computer, bits already salvaged from it. "I’m not sure I recognise much else, but you’re welcome to it- then I guess we should get the kriff out of here."

The bright, thriving marketplace was one Leia immediately recognised. Jedha city, a place she’d travelled to with Luke and Han whilst trying to muster support for the Rebel Alliance - as usual it had not proceeded smoothly.

Again, she started with great caution, fearful any corner she might turn would present a Trooper ready to arrest her - but this wasn’t the case, and the relaxed and lively vibe in the market around her eventually told the story of a free city, not under the occupation of the Empire - she wondered how soon that would change, and how soon the free people here would be under the ruthless regime.

The marketplace had so much to see alongside stalls and businesses there were musicians, dances, such a lively, free environment - but with no credits Leia could only look upon the bright aromatic spices, the fresh produce and the various handcrafted items for sale.
