Okay Peter had not expected a reaction quite like that, but he certainly did not doubt the sincerity of it. The way Bobby touched him translated very clearly to Peter that he liked what he saw and the way it felt and well Peter decided maybe he wouldn't spend much time trying to dissuade him from that.
Laying back again, Peter got as comfortable as he could there in the grass while they talked, ostensibly getting to know one another a little bit better between the quick and heated press of kisses.
"Doing my best yeah," He agreed Queens was always going to be his neighborhood, the city at large had the Avengers and the X-Men and you know all sorts of other heroes, but Queens was his and it didn't really matter that he was getting older he still felt responsible. Probably always would.
"I think I had a harder time of it than some other Spider-Men." He admitted, it was a hard thing to come to terms with, that other Spider-Men had been better, that it had come more easily to them, that they had done this and done it better and come out with all the things he'd always said he wanted and then some.
He shrugged just a little, enough to jostle them both and let his fingers trace small circles against Bobby's back, "Tell me something about you."
