Watching the smile on Bobby's face grow and grow like that until he shattered - yeah Peter was not about that. Especially when the actual Bobby called out to him from not all that far away on a rooftop. Yeah definitely not the Bobby he knew - but he looked good, like he had just been out for a night back home and not in the middle of some mission or something, which kind of made all of this suck just a little bit more Peter thought.
"Gotta say, I'm not a fan, man." He shook his head, but he got it of course - unlike him, Bobby was new here, he didn't know who he was dealing with, being careful was a good idea. It was still pretty impressive though, watching Bobby sort of skate his way down to the ground again so that he was standing there in front of him.
"You think so?" He lifted a hand to his face rubbing fingertips over his beard, "I've been thinking maybe I should shave, at least pretend I've got someone to look good for." He'd gotten lax after the divorce and even more so since they arrived here. Shaving was right at the very bottom of his list of priorities here.
