"You and me both," She admitted with a laugh, she wasn't crying, though she felt her emotions running high like this. She was glad to see him though, glad that he and Dick had hugged it out the night before and glad that he was here with his arms around her too. Her boys, they could be stubborn at the best of times, and far worse at the other times. "That's the one thing that might have made being stuck here just a little bit more bearable."
As all good things must they pulled back from the hug eventually. And he told her where he was coming from and she nodded, she did remember that and it was a bit of a relief to hear that they were from the same place and not some other other dimension just to add on layers of confusion and complexity. "Yes, Batcow. It's been a little while since that happened for me, but not anything obscene."
"James is out," She said with a sigh, Dick felt for her, but she wasn't sure he understood in the same way that this Jason would. "They released him, said he'd been taking part in some study and now he's cured." She still couldn't believe that anyone could be so naive, everyone knew what Jason was capable of, and he'd inspired copy cats and devotees since he'd been arrested and now he was suddenly cured? Barbara knew better despite what everyone else seemed to think.
