Strange was getting a little repetitive and Tony didn't miss how tired he looked, or how pressure to the temple sometimes helped. He knew the signs of not sleeping when he saw them because he lived it most always. It was best to be a little firm and then send the guy on his way for a nap. Or meditation. As for The Doctor? Well, she was perfect in every way and had clearly done nothing wrong, obviously. "Add some notes. But I think we can work on it together so maybe not to many notes. Also I'm not killing Betsy the cow for a hamburger no matter how much I wish I had one. That's not a decision I'm making."
