"Interesting parenting method," Loki said, but decided not to comment on that further because probably every damned person in this place had a sob story to tell about their father and Loki didn't intend on making it himself a contender in something that wasn't even a competition.
"It's bad enough," Loki said shortly, because he'd died before. More than once, even, although he always wormed his way out of it. The last time had been something truly special.
"Alright," he decided after a beat. "I'll help you." Because Loki wasn't heartless, not even remotely. Because he understood longing for a sibling who was missing. Even if he didn't necessarily always like Thor, he always loved him.
So he moved slightly, his whole hand circling Klaus' neck, firm and solid. "Do you want my help?"
