"Yeah?" Peter asked grinning, "Do you have superheros where you're from?" He wondered, seeing the way Obi-Wan's smile faded he didn't ask directly about the person he knew but gave him something a little more general, and hopefully easier.
"Well I named myself, but yeah. When I've got my costume on, people call me Spider-Man." He agreed and shrugged. "I got bitten by a radio active spider, it only seemed right that it become a part of my new identity." He'd built his entire identity up around that and it had worked for him all these years, it had better be on the nose. "Actually yeah, that's the thing about this place it brings people from different dimensions together - but that means sometimes parallel dimensions, so there is another Peter Parker here who is also Spider-Man where he's from. And then there are others from slightly altered universes who have similar powers." He wouldn't out Miles and Gwen, they could do it on their own after all.
"Most of the others have their own powers though, none of them are from the place I'm from so you know I don't know everything they can do." Though they did all seem similar enough to their counterparts that he wasn't too surprised by most of it.
