Oh yes, the Doctor liked this one. She grinned and looked around. "I mean, technically it doesn't harm anyone." Maybe a bit of invasion of privacy, but still... "We shouldn't. Nah." She stopped a moment then glanced at America and slowly grinned. "Unless you think there's something valuable we can learn?" Yup, she was pushing it.
The Doctor walked a fine line when it came to these things. She would never hurt anyone or anything intentionally, but her curiosity about things was unquenchable. Wordlessly, she scanned the female bartender while she was talking to another woman and looked at the readings. The Doctor made a face and stared at the woman before turning her attention to America.
"Not surprised." She drank her beer and nodded about Gallifrey. "You would have if we were from the same universe, I bet, but I'm going to assume that my world doesn't exist where you come from. And vise versa."
Asgardians? The Doctor raised her eyebrows at the word. "Asgardians as in Norse Asgardians?" She was intrigued. "They exist where you are from??" This was fascinating. New information for sure!
Oh. Right, her other self. She sighed. "No. He's been keeping to himself lately. He could also just be caught up in a bush somewhere knowing him. Me. Same difference." Another drink of beer and she tried to wave down the two behind the bar for another one. This was getting quite fun!
