mr. bucket; buckets of fun ([info]sgt_barnesjb) wrote in [info]snapthread,
Bucky (MCU) & Steve (AVAC)
The younger Steve wasn't wrong. It was definitely strange knowing that there were people walking around with the same names as people he knew from his world who were from different worlds. He'd not met another Bucky at this point and honestly he was okay with that. He didn't think he really wanted to. If it happened, it happened, but until then he was totally fine with being the only one in Starklandia.

He'd heard there was a younger version of Steve from a different universe, but he hadn't yet met him. Well, until now. It was interesting. As he really took a few seconds to look at him, he saw Steve, even if it wasn't the Steve he'd grown up with and spent most of his conscious life with. It was because of that bond he had with his Steve that he felt compelled to want to know this younger Steve.

"I get it," he said, and shook hands with him. "All of this, it's really weird." Bucky drew his hand back. "How are you holding up, despite the weirdness?"
