She could take that as a compliment and beamed at his assessment of her. "Appearances can be deceiving," she said, wondering if the same could be said for him. Then again, fashion helped make a statement about someone's character; at least she knew she dressed in the demeanor she was feeling for that day. With the recent discoveries of more clothes and her newest sewing machine, she was finally able to wear something more than just the basic clothing that had been provided for them. She appreciated the sentiment, but it was definitely meant for a more practical reason and fashion shouldn't always be practical!
"I'd say now's the best time as any," she offered. "You can't really go wrong or have too much critique here! It's like an empty canvas and you can do whatever you want." She spread her hand out in front of her, already picturing all the things she wanted to try out. Being a more self-sustaining village, she had a few ideas to not only add some fashion to the area but to help with a few problematic everyday needs.
She tried not to make a face as he gave up the name, but there might have been a little bit of one. He didn't seem to really question her choices, but she couldn't help but ask the question. "Why?"
She thought about his next question, wondering what else she might like to do. "Probably invisibility," she said, honestly. "I like the idea of being sneaky and scaring people." Or hearing the latest gossip straight from the horse's mouth! But that might not be as an attractive answer to a new friend, so she kept that to herself.
"Same question," she said, kinda feel like a cop out, but it was a good question. "What power do you wish you had?"
