America Chavez ([info]starsandhearts) wrote in [info]snapthread,
"Sounds like my first trip," She said, none had been quite so harrowing as her trip through with Kate that had landed them in some Mordor sort of world, but not every world she'd seen had been entirely safe and cool either. But none had been as bad as that, and given that this one was supposed to be some sort of dedicated location that nearly everyone was going to check out at least once, it felt like as good a time as any to see what they were getting into.

"I'm America," She introduced herself, nodding as Gwen explained her suit, it made sense and if she had one of her own beyond whatever she was normally wearing she'd have donned it as well. But America never really was one for costumes, she simply was what she was and that didn't need spandex to be true.

"Wanna maybe try and go through together?" She offered, sure maybe she had been all set to go it on her own, she didn't need anyone or anything like that, but she could admit that sometimes it was nice to know someone had your back. She thought of Kate briefly, but decided she'd check it out first before she pulled Kate in with her. "Maybe we'll find something interesting on the other side, or at least see what everyone is going on about."
