A diversion yes, a diversion would be good. He wondered what would make the better diversion and then he remembered the way the bartender had looked at Carol and considered that for a moment, but really he might be the better distraction if someone was going to cause a scene.

"Strong enough," He assured her, he wouldn't be taken down by a karaoke machine. Though Carol might be a little more sure on her feet all things considered.

"Okay I have a couple ideas," He said ready to lay out his plans for her.

"First, you can flirt with the bartender." He suggested, though he wasn't sure how much that would distract the others, but it could work. "Maybe you could get up on the bar and you know.... entice everyone." Because Carol could if she really wanted, but he didn't know how much she actually wanted.

"Second option, I let on that I'm a little more actually Spider-Man than these people think."
