Bucky was ridiculously far out of his element. Going to something like the Stark Expo back in the 1940's was nothing like this. There were so many people wandering around, some dressed like people he recognized and others not at all. It wasn't surprising to see people dressing up like Captain America; he was a world-wide phenomenon. What was more weird about that was seeing people dressed like Steve, as in, normal attire but just like holding a shield. Bucky had even seen someone dressed like himself, wearing what he was pretty sure he wore while running like hell from an angry, vengeful T'Challa down the streets of Bucharest. Now that was really unsettling.
The artwork was weird. A little invasive and definitely creepy. Seeing something written that he and Steve only ever spoke to each other -- and even then it was really just saved for heavier, more emotional moments or when the stakes were pretty high. That phrase was what broke decades worth of brainwashing and programming by HYDRA. In other words, it was kind of a big deal. Now it could be bought for $30.00 for a single print, or $50.00 for the set of two. What a steal.
His eyes widened and Bucky was momentarily speechless when Steve turned the page and suddenly they were faced with a drawing of the two of them making out pretty hardcore. Tongues were mingling and hands were... groping. Uniforms were in a state of disarray. "It.. um.. ...well." Though he was quiet more often than not these days, that was by choice. It wasn't often Bucky was actually rendered speechless. But for a few seconds he literally couldn't find any words. His gaze passed over the drawing and up to where it was labeled 'Steamy Stucky.'
Stucky. ...Steve and Bucky... "Oh." He felt his ears kind of burn and he was glad they were covered by his hair. "It... That's what Stucky is."
