"Yeah, I mean I didn't really know the guy that well," Bucky said, and shrugged. "He did kind of go to an underwater prison for me and Steve though so I can't forget him completely. That'd be a dick move. But he can be a separate entity." He couldn't forget him but this Barton could still be the ultimate Barton. The one he met could be an alternate, or something.
He took another piece of pocky because, well, why the hell not? Although he was still wary -- because he was Bucky Barnes, he didn't really know how not to be wary in situations anymore -- he wasn't feeling quite so rigid and tense. Hearing that there was another Bucky out there was kind of weird, but he guessed it came with the territory now. There were multiple versions of everyone, it seemed. The mention of his other version's hair had Bucky reached up with his human hand and feeling his own dark locks. They could probably stand a good conditioning but they weren't that bad. Clean, at least.
"Well, if he's dirty then go ahead and forget about him too. I'm not sure how funny I am these days but I think I still have humor in me somewhere. Either way, clean hair here, so that should give me an edge."
