John gasped. "Whoa, whoa, whoa. Look who put on her judgy mcjudgy pants today." He teased as they walked. "Maybe I need the sprucing of some good ole curtains?" Okay, he didn't. Home decor was not his strong suit, and most of the home decorating was done at the hands of the woman who he shared the house with. Lucky for him. "Though, I wouldn't mind looking at some of the cool things they had in the forties, y'know? Maybe something cool like a fridge or something. Who knew what he needed to bring back with him, but seeing at this point was half the fun.
Which was he had a tug on his arm and was pulled all the way across an aisle to a beautiful red record player. "Wow." John leaned in to examine it more. "I don't I think I've seen something like this since I was in Southeast Asia." Glancing over to Bev he nudged her. "You want to get it?"
Which led to a number of world issues on how they were going to take it, but John also prepared for that. Since arriving here, John often saved money he found or acquired in methods, which he promptly kept in the incredibly original manner, under his bed. So that in mind, he was well prepared to spend money in this place where he was like rich as a king.
