Steve Rogers ([info]captainhandsome) wrote in [info]snapthread,
Richie looked all pathetic and wet and it was kind of hard to be mad at him, when he was starting to think maybe this hadn't been on purpose. Also he looked like he might slip and crack his head at any moment. "Here," Steve said as he held out his hand to help him out of the tub and onto the mat.

If he had been mortified before what Richie said just turned it up to a hundred and Steve blushed, if possible, even harder. "You didn't! I wasn't- I was just having a shower I just got back from a run," Steve told him quickly. Because thinking about Tony wasn't going anything. Just maybe thinking about waking him up with a kiss.

Although that got him thinking about Tony and thinking about how he hadn't come to check on the strange voice coming from their bathroom. Steve opened the bedroom door and their bed was empty and his blood ran cold.
