"I mean, is any name a real name?" Peter shrugged, "They're all just made up at some point." But you know he wasn't wrong, it wasn't a real name, well more likely it wasn't a real place, at least not one you'd find on a map or anything like that. This was just sort of a place removed from things like that, maps and dimension and Earth probably. Well Peter wasn't sold on that part, he'd heard some of the others talking though, that this was a little less Earth and a little more somewhere else. But it still felt pretty Earthy to him. "Ummm I'm pretty sure Mths-" He opened his mouth and tried again before he shook his head, no he wasn't even going to try that, "That's not a real name either."
Huh, he could fly, so that was... you know something else to consider. Definitely powered then, and it sort of explained the whole falling from the sky sort of thing he had going on. "Or something," He agreed. "Not sure about transdimensional hoppers, I'm sort of new to the whole interdimensional travel business, it's only my second time." And well it's not like he'd set out in either case to move through the multiverse - it just kept happening to him.
Okay, okay that was a good smile, the sort of smile that people definitely fell in love with. Peter was absolutely certain of that. He took the hand that was offered though giving it a squeeze. "I'm Peter. Peter Parker." He considered the name he'd been given, Superman, it didn't ring any bells, not like so many of the other superhero types had when they'd arrived to varying degrees. "Not sure I've heard of you before where are you from?"
