Well, to be fair, Nyx was often just lucky that Carbuncle liked him. It wasn't as if he was at the beck and call of the Glaive. The little fox mostly did as it pleased. Like the time in the heat where it spent the entire week in Tony's cool place. "They're not." Thinking back to some of his lessons, there were really only six main gods. "So I suppose technically, Carbuncle is a lesser god like figure. Shiva for example is one of the main six Astrals, or gods." Nyx shrugged some. "I have never witnessed them, or anything like that." A faint smile. "That's the job of the Oracle, not a simple soldier like me."
Considering the words, he shrugged. "I suppose in some cases the soul is saved to educate future generations, like the royal family - each king joins into the Ring of Lucii, and they present their power to the worthy." Burn the unworthy. "Though I will be honest, I have not made much thought on what happens to the soul when the body dies." Nyx shrugged.
"The Princess is incredible." There was a small laugh from Nyx while he thought on her. "A little brash, and stubborn... but she is incredibly kind and aware of others. Wanting the good to outweigh the bad." He sighed. "Selfless and eager to do the good that needs to be done for the people." A weak smile trickled over his lips. "She would have made a might Queen and wife to the Prince." Not a Glaive. She was not for Nyx to love.
Then just like that. He was healed. No spectical, no fancy words or bright lights. Just, healed. "I admit, that was anti-climatic." Nyx joked while he rolled his shoulder and stretched his body. It functioned as it was supposed to. He was very much healed just as the other man would say. "Aziraphale, you have a might fine gift. I am gracious you used it on me." Nyx turned his eyes to the other man. "Thank you."
