Steve looked like he wasn't going to be convinced by anyone, not even him - and he supposed that maybe he believed that. He thought he'd be the same way if he was talking to Steve about Steve, in fact he was pretty sure he'd been the same way when they'd been talking about Steve in the past - he never could quite believe that his Steve could be like this Steve. And maybe he was, maybe he wasn't, but no matter how much Steve assured him of some things he wouldn't ever believe them until he heard them from his own Steve.
"Okay," He nodded when Steve assured him he didn't need to rush. "It shouldn't take me too long." He told him all the same. "I've just gotta get the scan which should take a couple days to make sure he doesn't get wise about it and then after that well it's all down to fabrication." He shrugged. He didn't have the same set up here that he'd had back at home, but he had more than enough to work with so he was pretty confident he could handle something like this.
"How long have you known you wanted to do this?" He asked after a beat, curious now how long Steve had been holding on to this idea or if it was something new.
