Differing opinions, and perspectives. John sure did. The world he left behind was fucked up. The world was close-minded and incredibly one sided. The powerful looked down on the weaker, and the non-mutants looked him and others like him as lesser. It was fucked up that people were left to die, when there was perfectly acceptable ways to save them. John sighed. "This place is the worst." But when Kitty mentioned they survived it all, there was a small pang of hurt, because he hadn't. John remembered the feeling. He knew he was dying and others sort of confirmed it, that he had died. Looking to Kitty though, he smiled. None of it mattered, now that he was here and she was here with him and this was their world they lived in. That mattered more to him.
"Well, if you have nowhere to be, then here I will keep you. Especially as the Pikachu brought the blanket while. John took part of the blanket and started covering them up and naturally the yellow mouse pokemon joined them. "Welp, I guess we have another guest." Then the turtles made an appearance to join them lounging on the couch. "We need a bigger couch, Kitty." With a smile John just was happy to finish what she started. Instead just the corner, over the animals that were going to drown them, he pressed his lips to hers. "Next month is our month." John proclaimed. Leaning back some he looked.
"We need a tv." John suddenly decided. "How are we to eat popcorn and watch movies if we have no tv."
