WHO: Steve Harrington & Gwen Stacy WHAT: Showing Steve the town and stuff WHERE: Around town WHEN: After his NET SPEAK RATING: Language!
After having been in town for as long as she had, Gwen knew every inch of the place. She was sure that plenty of others here could say the same. But she knew it could be overwhelming and scary, especially when a person first arrived. The whole idea of pocket dimensions and alternate universes was really overwhelming when you realized it existed and wasn't just something you read in a sci-fi book or saw in a movie. It was still jarring to her sometimes, and she'd been dealing with it not only in this place but back home a little as well.
Steve sounded like he needed some assistance. It didn't make him weak or for her to think less of him. Plenty of people needed help when they first showed up. If she could help him get his bearings and maybe start to get on grasp on the fact that he was stuck here until further notice then the adaptation process could begin.
When he agreed to meet her, Gwen shoved her phone in her pocket and pulled on her shoes, then headed out of the house she lived in with her two dads. Sitcom material right there. She had her earbuds in as she walked the distance into town and to the courtyard, but removed them when she saw a guy who looked to be about her age standing there. Gwen let the earbuds dangle from around her neck and approached him. "Wow, you have great hair," she said, and tilted her head.
