Peter | Tony 2.0
"No one's said anything?" He finds that mildly surprising, and makes a mental note to ask his - well not his but - to ask the older Tony later. Peter's eyebrows rise at the idea of Loki being nice - not that he's ever met him, but like, he was a kid when the Battle of New York happened - and he's grown up post-Battle, too. Where there are YouTube clips of a man in golden horns calling himself a God, raining down destruction on innocent people, a man who threatened world domination and brought aliens to Earth, changing the world they lived in - the world Peter lived in. This Loki might not be the same - but the fact that the subject hadn't even really been brought up when it's the first thing Peter thinks of is...strange, isn't it?
"Well he kind killed like, a bunch of people." Peter explains, parting his hands as amicably as he can. "And he threatened to kill a whole lot more, and he brought all these aliens down to conquer the Earth. Would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for the Avengers."
The class president thing makes Peter snort, because it makes the airport battle seem so childish, in comparison. Team Iron Man vs. Team Cap. He'd thought it had been so cool, and only now could he look back and see how genuinely serious - and deep-cutting - the whole affair had been. But this Tony hasn't had to go through that with his Steve, and that's....good.
"That is so weird," Peter shakes his head, because what else can he do? If there's a logical reason for it, he'd be surprised. His life is just Like That sometimes, better to just accept it and move on.
