Peter | Tony 2.0
As for Loki, well that wasn't something Tony heard much of, it hadn't really come up - the Loki from where Tony and some of the others was from had never shown up here, so it didn't seem like it was something anyone had ever felt the need to bring up, at least not to him. "Actually," Tony said raising a finger just a bit, "I don't think I've heard about what he's done anywhere really. I mean the one that's here, he's not the Loki from my world, he's nice though, I mean he talks a lot about killing Thor but I don't think he'd really do it. But I don't think he's from where you're from either." He added, Loki was one who didn't seem to have many others from his world too, just like Tony. "Sounds like it probably not anything great though." Tony didn't have to hear it to know that it wasn't going to be a good story about dancing or something like that.
Was it wild? Tony supposed maybe it might be, considering the perspective shift for Peter, to hear about the life another version of him was leading, that might be similar in some ways and vastly different in others. Talking with Steve an Tony some Tony had gotten the impression that there was a lot about their worlds that differed from one to the other. So he could get where Peter was coming from a bit.
"A fight?" He frowned, "I mean things got a little heated when we were trying to vote on class president," He explained, "The whole school kind of chose sides, Team Iron Man and Team Cap." He added, "But I mean.... it wasn't a real fight, it was mostly just for show, I even helped make Steve's campaign posters and stuff." That had been a hectic time, so much campaigning and pushing to be the winner. Steve had come out ahead in the end, but really it had been the right choice, Tony wasn't really cut out to be the leader like that. So it had all worked itself out in the end. "Oh did you mean the school breaking up? No no that was something to do with the reality stone," He explained, "Having it there to start the school and then all of us gathered in one place, it acted like a beacon to bring bad things down on the city and us, so we knew we had to send the stone back to where it came from and we had to split up. So you know it's what it is, it's not what any of us would have chosen, but sometimes you've gotta do things you don't want to if it means keeping people safe." He shrugged.
Sure he'd have rather stuck around the campus with everyone, kept things like they'd been for as long as possible, but it had run its course, and they had to move on. Or in his case, end up here. But he smiled at Peter's faith in him, it was nice, even if it was because he knew what his own Tony was capable of.
"Yeah, the Peter's are the most we've seen of any one person so far." But they didn't stick around for long, well not all of them. The one calling himself Alpha Peter had been here since even before Tony had arrived, so you know at least one of them had some sticking power.
