Peter | Tony 2.0
"You have a school for that?" It sounds so oddly...Hogwarts-esque, and it's weird to think that there's a reality where the Avengers are like...college age? Peter stares at Tony for a second, trying to gauge just how young he is. It's safe to assume Steve and everybody were also probably around the same age...or something to that effect. "Loki? Like, Thor's brother Loki? Tried-to-enslave all humans Loki?"
"And that's - uh, I guess where you know me from?" He wonders if it was another version of him-him or someone closer to the older Peter. It's so strange to think that there's a world out there where him and Tony are closer to peers - where they're closer to the same age, rather than a superhero he's looked up to all his life. "I'm sorry you had to shut down though, that...the world needs the Avengers."
"Wait, so people just - appear here, and then disappear?" Peter frowned, unable to help but be deeply troubled by that. How were they to know that she even made it home, and not somewhere different? Somewhere better, maybe, but things...didn't usually tend to lean that way. "Isn't that - I mean, isn't that kind of worrying?"
"I guess it's kind of dwindled since then." He has a feeling he won't be the last to show up here, though he certainly wouldn't wish the circumstances of his arrival on anyone. What Gwen and Peter said is right, though - and maybe, given time, they can support each other.
