Eddie Kaspbrak | Tony Stark
Eddie actually doubted that that was something they'd ever figure out though they'd probably still try. It gave the geniuses, like Tony, something larger to focus on. If they could figure that out then who knew what else they could figure out. He wasn't concerned with the scientists like Tony. He was a little more concerned with the idea that people could just vanish. That they could be there one day and gone the next. It didn't sit well with him mostly because he knew all of what he could lose. Now that he had both of them, Eddie wasn't sure he could live without Richie and Stan. If they disappeared...
He tried not to think about it. What was the point when there were happier things to focus on. He nodded as Tony spoke, a soft laugh escaping his lips. "We have that in common too." He said. "I was never allowed to have a pet growing up either." His mother would've never allowed it. Animals, she'd said, carried too many diseases and, besides, he was allergic. If he was too close to a cat or dog he'd break out in hives. He'd accepted that even if he couldn't remember ever feeling itchy or like he couldn't breathe the last time he was around a dog or cat.
Seeing that change in Tony, the one that had him perking and becoming just a little more animated and escited as he discussed something he loved had Eddie smiling. It made him happy too. "I'd love to come over and meet him." He said because that sounded like an invitation to hang out again in the future. "You've talked him up enough, now I feel like I absolutely have to meet him. I can introduce you to..." He went silent for a moment as he tried to think. "Well, you already met Richie so I it would be cheating to reintroduce you to him." He said before catching sight of a mop of adorably curly hair. "Stan. He doesn't do flips. Mostly he's sarcastic and judges our life choices but he's sweet too. You'll like him." He didn't have a neat little bot to show off with but he had people he loved who he was sure Tony would love too. If nothing else he could show off for them too.
