Nebula | Tony
Nebula considered his explanation for a moment, and decided it was still strange, but that she could understand a little bit better why it was done. As for why they did it now though? Well that was harder to understand. "Do you think they are scared of ghosts now?" She wondered. Ghosts were not the sort of thing that she ever had considered before, and though she had not seen any in the woods, she had heard from some of the others that there had been something like that through the doors in the past several days.
Maybe some needed that small bit of reassurance now. She wouldn't tell them they couldn't, but she would very happily go on thinking they were very strange for it all the same.
"It was a strange week," She said after a moment, "But you came through unharmed?" She said it not exactly like a question, but it was all the same. She hadn't checked on him in a little while and felt like she needed to make sure he was still fully intact and in working order. Of all the Terrans here he was the one that she cared for the most and she needed him to remain well.
Loss was a strange thing, it was not something that was unusual for her, but in the years since she had escaped her father's control it had become a thing that weighed on her more heavily than it ever had in the past, losing Gamora, and then the Guardians, and then Tony as well? These were unacceptable, and now that she had them back she did not want to experience it again.
