Pete and Pete
The recognition was pretty instantaneous with some of the Peters but it looked like he was going to get a minute with this one where he didn't recognize him right away which was fine really, but that just meant Peter was going to walk him through the reality that there was another version of Peter here. Which you know, fun. Or something like that.
Peter nodded, "Yeah, I don't think there's ever really a good time to get yourself stuck here, but some of us have had better times of it than others." Like him for example, certainly he had expected to be going home when he fell through the portal, but instead he ended up here. The timing hadn't been great, but just looking at Peter gave him a hint that whatever he'd left behind had been far worse.
"In the beginning we didn't even have power here, I built the pizza oven myself actually." He admitted with a grin, proud of the work he'd done because you could take the guy out of New York but you know sometimes you still needed pizza to get yourself through the day.
He grinned when Peter introduced himself as well, with no small amount of irony. Peter huffed a little and grinned, "Thanks, I made it myself." He told him, "Yeah, I'm from Queens actually. I lived there with my Aunt and Uncle, at least until I graduated." Nice and subtle, Pete, way to go. "I wouldn't really say I'm a fan, though."
