"You just don't know man, you put on an audio book and then just spend the afternoon tinkering with some new project it's the best." Tony said giving a little chef kiss because it was that good as far as he was concerned. "I'll show you how it's done sometime." He added. "I don't think I have it in me to sit still long enough to just read through something and not be doing something else at the same time." And listening to music didn't count - he needed to be doing something that kept his hands busy.
If he didn't know any better then maybe things would be different, but Tony was exactly who he'd always been and he needed the most input he could get if he was going to make it through a day.
He snorted a little bit of Steve's reaction to Steve and just nodded, that summed him up pretty well. His Steve was absolutely a crazy son of a bitch.
"Uh, no." He said shaking his head, "Sorry man it's - yeah I mean I'd love it if we could, I want to know what's going on back there, but I haven't been able to crack that one yet, but I'm working on it. The second that becomes a thing I'll let you know first." He promised. Because there were plenty of them that wanted to get word from home, but Steve was new and a bit younger than a lot of their residents so he could cut him a bit of a break on that one thing.
