Lunafreya | Nebula
Nodding silently, Lunafreya stepped backwards, placing her feett blindly but carefully with each step. She held out the sword in front of her, unwilling to let Nebula do all the work. And she didn't wish to be a burden; she'd listen and act as widely as possible. Right now, that meant moving very gingerly in the direction that Nebula directed her.
Eyes inside the shadowed burrow tracked them, as a snuffling noise came from the woods. No sudden movements. She tracked backwards still, towards the edge of the woods away from both threats. The sensation of being watched prickled at the back of her neck, but she swallowed back the fear. She wasn't alone, at least. And she trusted Nebula's promise that she would help.
A growl from the edge of the woods drew her eyes from the burrow and her gaze flew that direction. She had almost backed fully back into the treeline upon Nebula's words. "Should we run?: she whispered, low. A shadow detached itself from the far edge, resolving into a manlike creature, perched on bent back legs but with a long muzzle.
