"Yeah. It's good people want to help each other out here." Leia agreed, that was definitely something she'd been told was important to do, others needed help sometimes - that there were ways their family could help the people of Alderaan, and all over the galaxy; so usually she wasn't the one in need. But today she was, she didn't know how to cook, and she was starved.
Living in a hangar with a droid sounded a little weird, and Leia wondered if it really was like that - did he not have parents? She wanted to ask that, but her father's voice was in her head again, that she, as a Princess and one day a Queen would meet all sorts of people, from all across the galaxy and she must pay mind not to think them strange or mock them for their differences, be it their race was covered in purple fur, or they lived in ways differently to how she and her family did. Well, this boy was nice too, so she wasn't going to start asking him why he lived like he did. When it came to respecting her parents lessons, some things Leia did take to heart.
"Do you like it there? Must be interesting to live in a hangar- I'm not allowed to go near ours." Sure, that sounded more polite then why would he live in a hangar when starships live there, right? Leia followed suit and began snacking too, crunching away. Mostly because she would've been told off for eating and talking, or walking around and eating. "I'm from Alderaan- we live in the city." She decided she wasn't going to tell him about being a Princess, he might start treating her differently and she didn't want that. Maybe later.
So maybe his name was a little different too, sounded kinda dangerous and he seemed so pleased about it, that Leia grinned as she walked beside him. "Starkiller. That's a pretty cool name, y'know." She skipped along, just because she could, another handful of snacks going into her mouth. "It's great we can do whatever we want here, isn't it?"
