Fighting was the furthest thing that John wanted to do with this strange girl who he found in his room. Most of all, he wanted to hug her and pet her hair and tell her it was going to be okay. Which was also a little gross.
When he felt her hand in his with her promise in return that John felt his heart swell. This was right, but as right as it felt he just couldn't figure out the why it was right - just that he felt absolutely comfortable with this girl.
"Um." John flushed. "The other kids call me Johnny but my actual name is St. John Allerdyce. Um." He looked away some while pronouncing his name again. "Sinjin, but I just go by John."
Quickly John didn't dwell on the topic he mentioned while he lead the pair through the hall and down the stairs while the pets followed John kept himself ready for something weird to come forward, but it was just a house. A small, empty house with nothing to really mention that was really strange. Letting the hand go he ventured further in looking around to find where a pair of phones plugged into a power source. John picked one up and the first thing to appear was on the background of the screen that illuminated. It was an older man that had a vague resemblance of himself with a very pretty woman. John just stared at it with great focus. Looking across the counter to the fridge there was picture strips with the same people. "Who's.." John started saying when looking to Kitty.
Then John's eyes went wide as he held his phone up to see the girl and the picture on the phone side by side. He shivered. This was making even less sense, and John felt his own panic start building up. "I.. you.. we? Wha? I- um.." Well, John was trying to spit words out but all he did was turn his hand so he was showing the picture on the phone. "Are... we?" He managed to choke out.
