This is great. I especially like the way you cut between the people and their thoughts. Abraxas wondering when Lucius is going to step up to the plate; Lucius plotting how to seduce Severus; Severus expecting he was going to have to have sex with one of them; and Severus' delusion that Abraxas was more kindly disposed to him, while we see just what Abraxas' opinion really was. And the ending, "all was well" was perfect.
