Honestly, men were such delicate creatures, it amazed her they got anything done. And then Severus was one of the worst, descending into his melodramatic self-pitying funks - worse than any teenaged girl -- Oh, god, yes. That's telling it like it is, Narcissa.
The start of this is brilliant; I love that you take us behind the scenes and show us what the Malfoys were doing while the battle and the standoff were taking place. Great way to bring the three of them together and to save Snape.
And the end... yes, not these are the real Slytherins. (Although, you know, I think Narcissa's going to be the real brains of the operation... ::snicker::)
