Wonderful!! I was hoping you'd line up some betas! I have a 6,000 word... Snuna? Sevagood? ... that needs attention.

How quickly I can beta depends primarily on the length of the fic. Obviously I prefer to have as much time as possible in any case, but overnight service is only for fic up to about 3k (and that isn't time for more than one back and forth, which is needed in some cases, so I discourage this kind of time-cramping).

Also, I can't beta anything longer than about 15k (for which I'd like to allow at least a week). Only so many hours in a day...

Elethian,

I have a 6,000 word Snape-Luna that needs a beta reader. I think it's fairly clean. Would you have time to look at it for me?

I can do SPAG + some canon details (if that's important to you) on that, but I don't think I can help you with character dynamic, etc. as that's not a pairing I "get". (I can beta something I wouldn't normally read for pleasure, it's not like it squicks me, I'm just not into it by itself.) If that's ok with you, you can attach it to an email to me -- I think elethian @ insanejournal.com should work, else try the same username @livejournal.com.

Hey, I just wondered, were you going to send me something or did you decide to find a beta elsewhere? It's cool if so, I just want to know whether to expect something in my inbox or not. :)

I did send it! The IJ mail bounced, but the LJ one seemed to go through. If that didn't work, perhaps it would be best if you gave me a non-journal address to send it to. My address is dcrayne@crayne.org.
