I hereby award you All The Internets Ever for giving me, finally, FINALLY, a Snarry with a Ron who is both observant, emotionally complex, loving, accepting, and a bona fide best goddamned friend instead of a perpetual 14 year old plot complication who needs Hermione to instruct him on everything from flatware use to which end of a wand to hold.
Thank you for giving us a Ron who's grown up and learned from his mistakes. Thank you for giving us a Ron who's motivated by love, not by greed and possessiveness, and for giving us a Ron who is capable of being the subtle emotional glue for his friends and family that he always was in the books. Ron's presence, even when he was besieged by the locket, was what kept the trio functioning wholly, and when he was gone, Harry and Hermione barely limped along for the lack of him.
That's the Ron you've given us in this story, and I absolutely love you for it!
